Nope. Has a haircut similar to the guy on the left. But Talcum Powder is correct, if you look through the images for the Vicky event, Sophia's approximately where the camera would be in that shot, with Vicki and DeShithead off to the left.

Patricia might call in the morning to invite Sophia to the ranch, then have the museum date in the early evening, then meeting up with Ellie (since she has an event that day) late evening to go to the club.

We don't know how many Patricia events there are on playable day 14, so there's no reason to believe there'd only be one.
