ok one question at day 14
i dont get it
the scene where Ellie wants to share the shower with Sophia it says i dont have enough relationship points.
does that mean that this scene is ruined or will i have have another chance later in the game?
if not it seems i have to start the game over.
was using the "goodwife" option for some time but maybe its wrong?

You missed a point somewhere. Better use the cheat mode.

Yes it's ruined, you've likely missed a point somewhere. Most new players miss the point you need from Sophia masturbating while watching porn.

If you're playing the maximum Filthy route, you can use Mamonetti's walkthrough, or for the lesbian route, mine.

Does it seem like there might be something sexual going on between Alyssa and Zac? When she made those remarks when Zac was massaging Sophia.
I got that feeling too. Don't know if anything more will develop between them story wise, but it's nice to think what could be happening between the two of them. Alyssa seems like a free spirit who isn't afraid to explore new things and help others along the way. She's much like Sophia's sister, but more grounded I think and without the burden of being married or being somewhat enslaved by the perks of having money like Patricia seems to be.

Well, the first & prime reason for Liam's continued prescence is the fact that it's his job keeping a roof over the Parker's heads. Sophia could never afford that palace on a teacher's salary, even if she doubled the number of side jobs. That makes him necessary for every branch of the story. He works very hard, even to the extent of receiving a fax, (an unforgiveable faux pas), while in the middle of some good role-play sex. OK, it's possible he may have gambled when he was supposed to be working but we don't know this, it's just speculation, mine included.

He's a faithful husband, an attribute which should never be underestimated, especially given the environment in which he makes a living. His prescence is conducive to the stable background from which Sophia can have her adventures, in the way she does. If that background were to crumble the story would take a different turn or two. I'm not sure how some of the storylines could be impacted. Perhaps we'll get to find out. He's been overcome by addiction sufficient to place it all under threat but for now it's all still there. We've been told he's not having an affair (up to now), by the Dev himself. As for looking at Cathy, my guess is we'd all have done that, even if just briefly, whilst feeling guilty.

Liam acts as a pivotal point. If he left or didn't exist, nor would any extra-marital sex event, if we ever get to see it!

Essential also is Liam's lacklustre performance in the bedroom, without which Sophia would have no need to think about the sexual potential of the situations in which she finds herself, (even though we've probably all done this, whether or not we had a satisfying sex life at the time) & thus a whole big excuse for corruption would vanish.

He's proven so unpopular, (& I'm not a big fan either, especially given his ignorance in failing to attempt to understand his own son's chosen sport but this is believable in context), that you need only refer to previous posts in this thread to catch a continuous theme of Liam detracting. This is despite the fact that like the villainous blackmailers, the cuckcolded husband, (or wife), is a stock character in corruption games. They are never popular with fans, often being made that way on purpose but are a vital reflection of an MC's corruption. As they become more ragged, weaker, stupider or downright deranged, so the MC's developments can be taken up a notch or two. There have been various suggestions for his departure, or indeed demise, or wait......, was that Aiden, or Bennett, or was it Dylan?
I appreciate the well reasoned and thorough response.

Interesting, so you're taking the approach that Liam is important as a foundation, in terms of the setting and set up, removing him changes the living situation, the freedom Sophia has to work a few odd jobs rather than a permanent full time one. I get that. And of course being married is the one thing that makes some of Sophia's extra-marital dalliances forbidden and therefore enticing. The fact that she has so much to loose should he find out about anything other than GW sex certainly ups the risk/reward quotient for all paths other than GW, so I am with you on that as well. His existence and his role are important.

I guess I was thinking more that Liam-centric events and scenes are not at all important, except as filler for building out the GW path - a path I assume is the favored choice for a very very small percent of players. Like Dylan dating Emma, on certain threads it will be important to know that it's happening but not at all important to have it played out from Dylan's perspective. So, too, if Sophia goes with Aiden from the bridal shop it's not at all important that we get to choose whether Liam peeks at Cathy's boobs, it's only important if and how and under what circumstances Sophia finds out about it.

I'm at risk of boring myself at this point so I'll stop there.

Count me as another who got that vibe, it was very weird the way Alyssa talked about Zac's massage skills. While I doubt there's outright sex going on, based on what was presented I could definitely envision Alyssa allowing Zac a lot of backstage access during his massages.

Not that Patricia has in any way indicated feeling burdened or enslaved. She could probably fuck Carl in the morning, Claire and/or Marie later at the salon, Sophia after lunch, flirt with the entire soccer team and then in the evening tell Carl everything.

I do wonder now though if dildos or strapons break Patricia's "no dick" rule.

Given that Patricia has a "no dick" rule I'd say she is being burdened by her marriage from enjoying things she might partake in otherwise. However, she enjoys the perks from the marriage that having a lot of wealth can offer so even though she doesn't realize it she is somewhat enslaved by it. Patricia is more self-centered and only seems to care about what she can get for herself first. Alyssa is more giving and enjoys helping others like Sophia even if she gets nothing out of it.

I didn't mean it like that. Patricia is more self-centered and only seems to care about what she can get for herself first. Alyssa is more giving and enjoys helping others like Sophia even if she gets nothing out of it.
You really think so? Half the reason I enjoy the Ellie and Patricia route is because both show an appreciation that Sophia is attractive and has needs. It's the entire reason the scene for Sophia continuing to masturbate whilst watching porn is important for the Ellie route.

Most of the Patricia route so far is her getting Sophia to loosen up so she can have more fun, and that she can do it whilst still being faithful to Liam. You can play the Patricia route with as little as a dozen Filthy points.

And even Patricia with Dylan, if he mucks up talking with Marie, Patricia's the one encouraging him to pursue her even though Marie has a boyfriend. And thinks nothing of detouring to pick Dylan up when he strands himself in the city (on the boarding school route).
