I think that L&P most probably finished the update!!
And probably he is working on the recitation of the old version

Because there are so many teaser he released and yet the game update didn't finish??

That's why I think this game gone take almost 20-25 years (he is going to wast his half of life after the one game)

Way too optimistic. At the current rate of development it will take another 35-40 years. That's another possible reason the game is now obviously aimed at teen virgins. It's because anyone 12-16 years old now has a very good chance of being alive by the time AWAM is due to end. Whether they will still be following is another matter. Perhaps their children will adopt the habit?

ancienregimele, 35-40 years old? We don't take into account the fact that the author, Lust & Passion, is not immortal. Now he is about 30 years old, and I doubt that he will have enough health, and most importantly, a creative itch and a desire to continue this project for so long. Time greatly changes people during their lives.

Whether or not L&P has what it takes to keep working on the game until it finished is an entirely different matter. I'm slowly giving up hope I'll even see the end of Ellie day (PD16), let alone the end of the game.

Very few people truly expect AWAM to continue for another 40 years. I know I don't but it's still the case that 35-40 years is currently how long it would take for the story to finish at the rate L&P has chosen to develop it. Years ago I thought I could detect the signs of probable abandonment, based on my experience of other games BUT although it became slower & slower, it carried on.

Many suggestions, some constructive & practical, some not so much, have been made over the years, to which L&P is impervious. Commitments have been announced by the Dev with the results being to slow things down, time & again. I know that there are many fans who deplore any comments that aren't wholly supportive or full of gratitude to the Dev. They see them as a negativity, which somehow, (via witchcraft, or the power of suggestion perhaps?), might cause L&P to stop. Nothing said in these comment threads will do that, although they could provide handy fake reasons for the eventual abandonment.

I think we know him well enough by now to understand that he'll stop when he's good & ready & that he couldn't care less what any pirate says, so long as he can cheerfully & with a decent income, remain in his comfort zone. There's no way to predict anything about when AWAM will end but it won't last another 40 years. I get the impression that the Dev is in his mid-30s & we know AWAM is his pension plan, because he's said as much, so it's anybody's guess. I do think that there is evidence that he no longer feels especially motivated & maybe doesn't even enjoy the creative process any more, otherwise AWAM wouldn't have deteriorated to the level of an average teen porn game, of which the forum is already full.

Ultimately I can only echo the words I've heard since 2018, i.e. "his game, his choices." Everything is going according to plan.

Actually we already have signs that the dev is feeling some kind of burnout.
The way he is adding additional things(animation, remaking renders,mini-game,now some specials)is usually an evidence that he is trying to keep himself emerged with the game.
Of course the biggest sign is constant increase of time for each playable day.
Or at least judging from other games going simular way.

I wouldn't even underestimate the nerves on edge that he possesses. even those are signs of tiredness that he won't tolerate for long. feel the pressure of work too much, a nervous breakdown will soon come

It will take 40 days to finish the first 2 metrics ((100+100)/5=40). It will take 10 days to complete the other 2 ((100+100)/20=10). It will take 2 days for final testing and another 2 days to insert animations. A total of 40+10+2+2=54. Progress is shown 6 days a week. So a total of 9 weeks. Add one week for unexpected issues and 5 days to be shared publicly a total of 75 day from now... This part is going to be out Sunday 7 May 2023. And part II of the event Sophia/Dylan 6 August 2023. Seat down & enjoy the ride... ;) :BootyTime:
Just when LP started this update ;)
