Except that Zac is a boy. So the term boyfriend is entirely appropriate, giving her no reason to hesitate in admitting she has a boyfriend, which is entirely the problem I have with the Zac theory. Admitting who the boyfriend is, which is not what she did, would have made sense if it was Zac....
This is exactly what I thought when playing this scene. Unless She was referring to Zac (as others have speculated) and thus her hesitation in divulging the details to Sophia.
