You're looking at this from your point of view, not the characters (Sophia's).AWAM is now a series of dissociated events, not a coherent story.
Sophia has No introspection about what she is doing with Dylan when she is with Sam, nor vice versa.
She only has thoughts associated with the feelings for an individual scene and the path it is associated with, as though she is either a super spy or a sociopath who can compartmentalize her feelings and lock them in a box as soon as she puts the scene in the review mirror.
You have obviously taken both the Sam and Dylan routes and then merged them as though they're one.
The character, Sophia, can only take one route, either or, therefore she can't have thoughts about what she's done with Sam if she's taken the Dylan route, and vice-versa.
