Actually I play two - the Ellie and Patricia routes. The only problem is that particularly for PDs like this one, there is little point downloading the updates. Last update I even played was v.155, and that was about 45 seconds of content.

But this does have the advantage of simplicity, since none of the content I play is mutually exclusive like the Dylan route is. It also cuts down on the amount of saves I need. The only reason I have multiple saves is for when a new person wants to play say the Ellie/Jules event.

K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) has a value on its own but has a weakness all its own within this game. Simplification does move the story along faster, but in this case, it loses all the early appeal the game had in the beginning. To be sure some of the opening routes where a nothing burger to look forward to (the movers, the janitor, and etc.). While others were eagerly anticipated. You mentioned Jules/Ellie and damn you are right. Jules/Ellie would have made for one hell of a subplot that could have roped Sophia in it as it sort of did in the beginning.

The game is getting down to oversimplification. Worst we are getting to a point where it's getting too predictable. In the beginning we really didn't know what is coming next and we sat back and played, looking for hidden nuggets or finding new interests. Losing the side jobs is a big mistake because the side jobs were introduced and are part of the whole. Now there will be a gap. Where the Movers was perhaps a route in the beginning, they were not developed, and it was a good way to introduce Sophia.

I finally concluded that yes the lack of updates and timely releases are the roots of the problem

How do the side jobs contribute to Sophia's corruption? At all? It's entirely possible to either not wear the nurse outfit for the old farts, or not teach sex ed to the kids. Sure it might be enjoyable content for those that are into those kinks, but that's not the point. Like the Coach Sophia storyline, the side jobs are better off as DLC once L&P has a finished game under his belt. The sex ed classes also don't pass the Pub Test, so are highly likely to cause problems for a Steam release. I suspect L&P knows this but wont admit it. An attempt to speed up progress is a lot more palatable.

The movers were never going to be a route. That much was clear from the walkthrough, since they don't get a highlight. They don't get relationship points. L&P was even abundantly clear they were only going to return at the end of the game. Their only point was to get the ball rolling for Filthy points. Many of the minor characters like the subway thugs, or Janitor Clarke are like that. Even Bennett and possibly Aiden are heading in that direction. Aiden is probably too popular for L&P to openly admit it though.

Jules still does have a chance though. Her next appearance is I believe on PD16 for Ellie Day. And we've already seen that Ellie can use Jules to further her chances with Sophia.

Janitor Clark is right after the big 6 in the popularity chart with 109 votes while Alyssa doesn’t have even half of his votes (48). If it goes by popular vote then Janitor Clark needs more screen time and it is to wonder someone how Alyssa is competing Ellie at par on Sophia’s lesbian corruption!

Don’t get me wrong, I like Alyssa’s route (honestly more than Ellie’s)!

The above controversy allows me to conclude that LP is either:
- following his own original path ignoring the popular vote or
- the popular vote will shape the future events soon

Let’s see!

If it goes by popular vote, then Ellie should have about the same screentime as Dylan. She clearly doesn't. By my count Ellie only has half the number of events that Dylan does. And her events are only a fraction of the size.

But as I've said ad nauseam, Ellie events get to hot content early. 40 renders to get both Parker women naked during the last Ellie shower.

Ellie's even the next one in with a chance to be the first to get Sophia off. As far as I'm aware neither Sam or Dylan managed to achieve it this PD.

The old men and Sophia's personality along with her tastes in men just never worked out from the beginning. The tutoring was so poorly done with the "corruption" of Sophia, it just missed so many plausible ways that story arche could be carried out. But they are in the game...right now and there is no closure, there is no work around that furthers the story at all. A long time ago I mentioned that Sophia's character build was a little off. To have either the job at the retirement home or tutoring work, Sophia from the very started needed to like the attention she gets from men (and women) ... she needed to be proud and vain of her looks as well. And if there was any "kink" Sophia needed it to even allow either the old folks or tutoring to have any creditability. Plus, those two-story arches just get in the way of better routes that could be small but entertaining. I'd like more Zac and his mother complicating Sophia's life--that would have taken the maid route out of the loop. Which at this rate we can forget that maid-Sophia event never happened since things are getting simplified.

Aiden is probably too popular for L&P to openly admit it though. I hate the Bennet route more than the side jobs route. To easy a solution for Sophia to solve...all she did have to do is go on a "date" with Bennet and get Bennet to admit to the blackmail while recording on a cell phone and have the choice of threating to expose him or just expose him. Aiden route was a total missed opportunity... I'd have liked that one to continue but the tasks where so lame. And the developer could have done so much more with Aiden story line.

Jules still does have a chance though. Her next appearance is I believe on PD16 for Ellie Day. And we've already seen that Ellie can use Jules to further her chances with Sophia. Am worried "Ellie" Day will be as lame as Aiden route... could have been better but wasn't just to keep the slow burn going

Why would more content with Zac and Alyssa take Nat's events out of whatever loop you are talking about? For the most part Nat's events are part of the GW route, Alyssa and Zac are part of Dylan's.

Solving Bennett's blackmail is even easier than you suggest - there's already the groundwork set - Sophia just needs to speak to the school board and go over Bennett's head. It wouldn't even need to be rendered. As for Aiden, I agree it's a missed opportunity - for me his threat just comes off as impotent. It may have worked against a young, inexperienced school teacher, but Sophia is more well-connected than Aiden could know. And if you're not playing the Dylan route, the only consequence so far is that Ellie comments that things are quieter around the house. Generally appears happier. Might even get in some nude sunbathing, and more naked Ellie around the house is a good thing.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't know about the other routes, but Sophia doesn't seem to need much corruption once you get to a certain point. In my playthrough that's the gym session with Patricia on day 3. Once I've passed that point, I've gained enough Filthy points for them to be self-sustaining and no longer have worry about Filthy being more than GW.

So, if i’m playing along Sofia/Dylan path now, i should only stick on that road and no peeking into the lesbian path of Sofia/and other girls from the begining and no + points with female characters - because this will ruin my Sofia/Dylan path?

Just don't wanna read most part of the walkthrough... sorry)
It all depends on your play style; for example, the yoga event has some light lesbian stuff in it that involves Dylan. Sophia/Paticia/Claire/Marie and Dylan.

As far as I'm aware, the routes are largely independent. So you can play the Dylan, Sam, Ellie and Patricia routes all in the same playthrough.

What you can't do in the one playthrough is for Dylan to pursue anyone besides Sophia. Setting up Dylan with Emma, Amber, and I believe Marie (as of the Salon event) and whoever the LI is of the bonus storyline will close off the Sophia/Dylan route.

In fact if you have maximum points with Patricia for the Yoga event, Dylan benefits greatly. And while I speak highly of sending Dylan to boarding school whilst playing the Ellie route, it's not actually required. You just miss out on some flavour text.
