Not gonna happen, atleast not the way people want it. In 7 years, we have not seen Sophia in all her glory. Yes, she's been naked before, but not once in a vulgar/pornographic way. There's not a single image of Sophia's intimate parts fully exposed unless I'm missing something. Like, we've seen her labia, her pubic hair, but what people wanna see is obviously more.
It's psychology. A very simple but effective trick to keep people interested/hooked (paying). L&P calls it realism or how the game would become boring once we get it all, which isn't entirely wrong, except his reasoning for it is as fake as can be. The real reason, in my opinion, is the game's development speed. Once people get what they want, interest would fade due to the stupidly long story progression, months for a single event, no progress on certain routes for years. Not giving people what they crave for is just an effective method to bypass this fact. Like a drug dealer keeping his clients hooked. Every addict knows it's bad, but a tiny bit of crack makes you forget for another while...again...and again...That's what this is, and he'll drag this out for several more years.
Hot take: Even the first actual hetero sex scene with Sophia god knows when is not gonna have us see it all like a porn movie would. It's gonna be rather softcore with tiny sprinkles of crack.
