A bit rushed and self-referential (sorry, I didn't take many notes for this release), here is the usual recap of the upcoming event.

This v0.215 is about the nursing job, the first side job Sophia got as result of her part-time at school. This is alternative to the previous release about the tutoring job.
The event contains 247 renders without any animation and 13 pages of script.
For those keeping score at home, this will be the 16th largest event in terms of renders, right after the sauna event with Logan and Tyler.
Where we were
In the previous episode of the nursing job, the old timers asked Sophia to wear a special nurse uniform they bought on the internet, to which Sophia refused at first. She then bathed the two men with a lot of sexual innuendos in which both of them proudly claiming that they could still have erections, especially Mr. Herman.
Finally, before leaving she promised to wear the uniform next time (player choice).
Where we are now
This new episode is another afternoon of work at the hospital with the two old gents. From the teasers that have been released, we can see that the uniform deal is actually not the main aspect of the event. It happens very early in the event. The erection dispute may also be part of the theme of the event.
What to expect
As per L&P words, he is trying to make these side events similar in terms of "sexy degree" (sic). This event will definitely take a slightly different course with a lil twist at the end, but I want to save the "complete exposure" for the Dylan scene afterwards. After all, the nursing home update won't be as long as the tutoring one. (source)
The teasers
There have been 20 teasers released, 17 on SubscribeStar, 3 leaked from the vet+ channel and **apparently** two more teasers in the vet+ tier that were not leaked. As usual you have all the teasers for the event collected in HD in a post here.
The teasers can be roughly divided in three parts.
(note that the teasers are numbered by date of publication but they are shown in what **should** be the order of appearance)
1. The sexy uniform
The first 12 teasers are all about the sexy nurse uniform.
After greeting the old men
she will accept to wear the uniform (probably first player's choice) and she will undress to wear the uniform
To be noted that she will be wearing the outfit over her lingerie.
Another thing worth nothing is that she is wearing the same type of lingerie she wore in Sam's event the day before (cello lesson), with a different color. This is a first!
As you can see the lingerie is quite see-through in the bra.
Also we had some special renders made by our talented artists of the fan art thread who gave their take to the try-on. Give them a well deserved like!
Then while wearing the uniform she will start some of her duty and obviously some "involuntary" show will happen
while Mr Herman, faithful to his character, will use his grasping tool to have a better view
From the teasers a question was raised on whether she is still wearing her bra under the uniform.
The answer cannot be definitive, she might have removed under request of the old rascals but it is really difficult to tell from these renders. It could also be a matter of perspective.

2. Back to normal playing backgammon
Sophia is in her normal clothes again. She cannot risk anyone coming in and seeing her in that dress. And probably the old men cannot handle the excitement of seeing her in that dress. So, as in the last episode, they all start playing some board games, in this case backgammon.
It has been suggested that the game could take a sexy turn, in a sort of strip poker even though apparently strip backgammon is also a thing.
3. Alone with Mr. Gibbs
Then we suddenly see Sophia alone with Mr. Gibbs, while Mr. Herman is no longer in the room. We don't know what happened, maybe he was taken to the usual bath by another nurse (remember, they usually bathe separately), or maybe someone is visiting him. In any case, Sophia is alone with Mr. Gibbs and this is where the main part of the event begins. We see Mr. Gibbs boldly flirting and making advances to Sophia.
Given the description one likely explanation is that Mr Gibbs is charmingly seducing Sophia telling her about his love adventures in the past, like it happened in the previous episode during the bath: he recalled his encounter with the bartender Simone during one of his deployments in the Navy and the night of passion they had. He said that Sophia reminded him a lot of her, especially the voluptuous bosom he liked so much to get buried in. Sophia was slightly aroused by the recount and we were told that she has a weakness for men in uniform.
