@HaDenG , he knows, I think he's hoping that he could fly under the radar. Time will tell. Besides the way his game is set up, a name change would hardly help.
Actually, I'm not hoping "to fly under the radar" cause I know that after some big games were banned from Patreon, my game could also become victim of that ridiculous new policy someday. But till it comes to the real "Patreon-not-compatible-scenes" it will take a while anyway! This is also a huge problem what's bothering me. I thought about it a lot. Actually, my Patreon site is absolutely G-rated and as less suspicious as possible. And it's also noted as an adult content site. My game has also nothing to worry about at this moment and in comparison to the banned games, my game is not exclusively about incest! For example "Summertime Saga" has also incest content (and a MC teen who's not much older than Dylan or Sam in my game) but not exclusively, and it seems not to have any problems with Patreon. The only way I can think of to play it safe, is to release two versions. One censored for Patreon, where all the "Patreon-not-compatible scenes" are pixelated. And release an uncensored version on my little website. The only problem is how to inform all my patrons where to get the uncensored version behind Patreon's back? And also the pledge rewards are a problem because currently for the highest pledge you will get the newest version 8 days earlier. But if it's on my site for free, people got a great reason more not to pay that much. And without the sufficient support this game can't survive very long anyway.
On the other hand is the big question: what is incest in Patreon's eyes? Incest is defined as the "sexual activity between family members or close relatives". But where does it start? Is seeing each others naked already incest? Or does it start from touching each others at the intimate zones (breasts, (butt???) vagina/penis)? So, which scenes should I pixelated later?

What concerns the realism of this game. 100% realism would be very boring cause that would mean sexual activity only between wife and husband and nothing else around it would happen! Maybe one cheating scene and divorce as an answer as a bad ending. And I don't think that anyone is really interested in that!
1) That an instructor touches someone's legs or belly during an exercise is absolutely nothing really unrealistic! I'm studying sports among other things and there are some courses where we also have to help girls in partner work by holding their legs or touching their waist. Yeah, in the gym scene it's maybe not common that an instructor would touch a new customer's belly but it's also nothing completely unrealistic. After all Sophia could tell him immediately to take his hands off. Really unrealistic in this scene would be if the instructor would hold her breasts so that they don't move that much while practicing.
2) And the "unisex shower scene" wasn't planned like that. Cause many complained about too less nudity, and the shower scene was the last logical possibility in this update, I had to think about a scene how Sophia could see her sister naked the very first time as an adult. And after all there are unisex restrooms in the US, so why not an unisex shower room WITH SHOWER CABINETS with a curtain, in an adult game???
I think there are much more unrealistic scenes in games out there!
