I agree except with the use of the term 'romantic'. If it is based on lust it is physical. The emotional element and intellectual element that really drive romance are both missing. For Dylan lust is obvious and within his character to date. For Sophia he can drive the story in that direction as well (with Liam as such a failure in the FW route) lust could easily become an option for her. I don't see that as 'romance' for Sophia. Romance is pulling at her heartstrings and that, as you have said, is Sam's role.

A few years ago I asked him if there would be a romantic path with Sophia and Dylan. Yes, there would be, at least three paths. The romantic one, the cuckold one and the third... I don't know. But I guess he scrapped the 3rd one.
And again, on the romantic. It may be, of course, that the relationship of the two consists only of the satisfaction of lust. But we should keep one thing in mind. Sophia loves her son. So all it takes is a spark (it's a porn game, mind you!) that the mother's love for her son could turn into romance.

I can confirm that what Hlextor said is right. L&P said that there would be 3 paths. But it's possible he might just focus on the two paths now, which are Cuckold and the Romantic path.

I agree with you. Sam is the weasel. We have recognized that. But Sophia did not. And from her point of view, it is portrayed romantically. She feels the way he presents himself to her is loving and romantic. Even though he's talking obscenely about her to Dylan. "She´s a hot milf, everyone at school would like to fuck her, etc" .
I'm just wondering if this portrayal of Sam is intentional on L&P's part?

Yes true, what is L&P's thought process behind writing Sam is what matters. Does L&P himself consider it a romantic route or will he classify this route differently.

I think Sam is intended to be a romantic route and have Sophia fall in love with him but the way he has been written so far I don't know his character is a little all over the place hence some of us seeing him as a sycophant. Maybe Sam has meant to have evolved as a character and we are supposed to see him as a hopeless romantic who really is in love with Sophia and has no ulterior motives? Also if she's going to be sleeping with her kids and most of her friends and maybe some students too is she really in love? Perhaps she really likes Sam and is willing to sleep with him as they have lots in common and he says the right things to her but it's just fun for her and not love. Either way won't matter to my Sophia she only interacts with him to get those Dylan points.

Last year when he put up that post asking for expressions of interest for a Proofreader I emailed him to apply, and I applied seriously; gave my real name, references and relevant work history, everything - didn't get a reply since he didn't end up hiring anybody, but now I'm kind of glad I didn't hear back.

With what we know about his writing process - you'd either get the script in little paragraph sized pieces days apart, which would be frustratingly disjointed.

Earlier this year we got a professional translator to contact L&P, he did.
L&P ignored his e-mail and then had the audacity to ask us here in this topic "Do you think it's easy to find a translator?" when we gave him one on a silver platter.

The same L&P that says that "someone inferior to me is just going to make it worse, someone at my level it'll just be the same" then went on and hired "an american friend from discord" and they went on to translate an average of 2.15 pages per day

Everything that is written above is true, theres no hidden joke in there, no hyperbole.

No, the different themes don't always include the other. That depends on the author that writes the story. Some authors may include crossover themes and some may keep them separated. It really depends on them.

Cuckold (NTR) - A man who willingly encourages his wife to sleep with other people because it brings him pleasure. Cuckolds exist on a spectrum between two extremes. One on end is the masochistic cuckold who enjoys humiliations, degradation, and other demeaning activities at the hands of his wife and her lover. The alpha cuckold lies at the opposite end of the spectrum and does not enjoy any form of humiliation and often has a direct say in who his wife sleeps with and when.

Romantic - Someone who wants to make their partner/lover feel special, so they will do and/or give things that are considered to prove their love for the other person.

Lust - When you think you love someone but you only want them sexually.

There is an option with Dylan at some point he will be able to watch Sophia with other guys if the reader chooses this option in their path. Which the romantic route will be different and it only involves Dylan and Sophia with no one else, if the reader chooses this option.
