L&P likely has some very specific idea of what happens during the Museum event and of how far along the corruption path Sophia would need to be to participate fully.
Really, the Museum boys should have been introduced much later in the story. If they'd been introduced on PD 13, for the event on PD 14 we'd still get that tease for a future event to build anticipation but less character clutter in the early game.

Maybe the museum boys are not for Sophia, but for Patricia?
Sophia will only be an observer? But will it serve to awaken her fantasies that she had at the mall and in the future, will it encourage her to be more open with Sam, Zach and other boys?

I doubt that for the simple reason that not everyone who plays the boys routes will be interested in the Patricia route. I recall at least one ardent Dylan fan that cheated his Patricia points just so he could have Dylan perv on the women in the Yoga event.

The Patricia route is more linked to the Ellie route, since it was Patricia getting up to shenanigans with Sophia that kicks off the Ellie route. I don't even know if it's possible to separate the two routes.

If Patricja is going to be involved with any of the boys events, it's more likely to be like the bonus storyline or the last Sam event, where the women can be present, but their actions are completely independent of their routes.

I expect the museum visit to be a continuation of the actions between Sophia and Patricia as started in the biker bar during the concert. The fact that the two women are sisters will not play a role for the two boys. Trigger will be any erotic sculptures or images that inspire the women. I expect nothing less than a competition between the two women in which is about which woman shoots her "victim" first in the "nirvana". Whether this is purely visual or whether the women "lay hands" on it I can not say but both would be possible according to the current state of corruption. And that Patricia steps in any form with this event on the brake I would banish into the realm of the fantasy.
