And i dont dislike NTR games, i play a lot of them. But the MCs are all dumb as hell.

I genuinely don't get the people who sympathize nor impersonate the MC as it's him/her in IRL or smth.
For me though, I love NTR with this kind of BS logic + corruption + non wanted/no willing sex from both wife and husband. That's the best kind of NTR for me.

The MC has 3 viable options in this scenario, after he found out the Wife is cheating:

1 - he confronts her, tries to work it out or divorce
2 - he keeps quiet while working on a way out, while also blocking all contact with the people trying to hurt him (blackmailing his Boss would be an interesting approach here)
3 - he is into it and turns into a cuck

But the MC instead does nothing. What kind of person acts like this in such a scenario?

Man the plot is kinda over the top since the get go. it's just a silly ntr game. maybe you're overthinking this game.
