Well, "You" happened. you control the pacing and her actions so if it's too fast it's entirely on you...
The plotline to losing the company is utterly retarded... not only does it lose massive potential for actual corruption, and also forces the MC into the role of "underdog"
Where's the payoff to corrupting the MC and family if he's already lost everything and can't really fall further?
Well, this update seems to be on the negative side and feels like a complete mine field! Don't want your wife to be fucked by others? Then don't allow her to go to the party... (If you keep her cheating stat low, then she should avoid those NTR scenes altogether.) I noticed a bug with the wifes workplace though. If it is not a bug, then it happens because of my next point.
I miss the explanation for the stats. I might know by default to keep her BBC/Hotwife/Cheating stats to remain at 0, but what about the others? I missed an opportunity to get money because of low corruption and I could not return to it later at all.
The MC keeping a relatively nice behavior with the secretary is a strange thing too! Even if she was controlled somehow to do this, the aftermath is kinda unrealistic.

It feels like the dev just promised to much for the next update and got hit with the amount of work he has to do and tried to throw in everything broken/not finished... Like the dates you mentioned, they are non existent and you have to sometimes sleep several days to find out in the next whatsapp message what was going on.
He should have been humble and do a 1$ Patreon Tier and some higher Tiers(for people with enough money) and be honest with the supporters.
Just tell them something like "Hey guys,sorry, but I have IRL stuff going on and I can't say how fast I will be with the progress and since the quality of the game is my main priority, I can't promise you an exact release date and hope you will support me eitherway."
And then decide to either wait until he finished bigger udates or throw out every progress he makes to get instant feedback.

The whole loosing of the company and massive debt is as so many others have said is stupid and forces the player hand towards cheating/sharing of his wife. And why the hell does this game suddenly have a sandbox?!?
Also certain plot-lines are conflicting and stupid IMO:
* if you're feminizing the son, why is he blackmailing your wife for pics (and probably sex in the next release)?
* how can you wife-swap with Mike if his wife Jenna is a QoS or blacks/BBC-only as implied from the first release?
* why is Christina flirting with you for saving her marriage because she also became a QoS in the first release?
* why are you having affairs with other women if you are being feminized?
And secondly it also annoying that you can lock yourself out of content: corrupting the niece is choosing having nothing to with it. I thought having nothing to with it would skip her content but no, that is the corruption path. I thought helping her would add her to the app so you can control her path but that seems to be the save-her/date-her path

Is not epic for ntr fans at all. Maybe for some, I can not talk for all but I myself and a lot of others here don't like rape(I mean, cheating is only hot if consensual), prefer a slow burn corruption, and we do like a reasonable plot that makes sense. Now as a personal point without talking for others, I do hate grind, sandbox, except in rpgm games. So this update came to upset both the guys who like and the guys who dislike ntr and guys who dislike sandbox.
I went through the updates, but in the game files, there was a huge amount of material that was not in the game, including wife interracial and group ones. So it should be, the developer just saved everything for the next update, or does this mean that I missed a lot of content?

Yes, let's miss most of new scenes and w8 because it's my fault it's going too fast and there are no more tame scenes in-between. Genius.
According to the most recent update post on their patreon, they are planning on slowing the pace for the wife down by making the paths longer.
