Since you're after the main content of the game simply add everybody and pick "NTR on" at the gym and feminization hypno for the son. Giving the wife the commands to meet up with Mark and with Greg just adds additional sex scenes, but no further BBC content and isn't relevant for progressing other branches.
For even more content give in into Paul's FemMC branch (Julia #1) to turn the MC into a woman instead of going straight for the Niece BBC ending, and later on chose to try to solve the situation yourself instead of getting the wife involved (she gets QoS'ed in the Wife+Jenna branch anyway).
When not bringen the wife and Paul together you'll get the Julia BBC branch later on anyway with the addition that Paul tells the niece about the XY App and the FemMC at the end, Paul is interested in FemMC+niece+Paul threesome and sends the niece after the MC shortly before the branch ends.
BBC corruption happens to all the characters at some point, also the feminizing son and the FemMC throughout the XY app branches.
The only exceptions are the shopkeeper (Hearth), the son's gf (Kirely) and her friend (Sola), these are Alpha route exclusives and also don't show up in the app there
