Unfortunately, the mismatch of calibration parameters between universes makes direct transmission of information impossible — quantum states that are possible in the Mundo universe are impossible in ours, and vice versa. Only Mundo's mind is capable of converting into our universe (since it appears to be in an ‘entangled’ quantum state).
Several solutions can be suggested - for example, throwing Mundo into a black hole and trying to restore information based on gravitational ripples on its surface. Or placing he in a high-energy muon beam (more than 10 petaelectronvolts) and trying to collect statistics on the transformations of elementary particles. Alas, all this belongs to the so-called ‘new physics,’ which has not yet been discovered by scientists. And there just happens to be no black hole nearby.
...you lost me after "unfortunately". o_O

Dev recently commented on a reply on itchio exactly 3 hours ago, saying he's still working on the update, but will probably continue his break

"I took a break, maybe a little long, but I'm currently working on the update."
Sure, may be in 2 years he will release a 20 minutes update.

The dev hasn't worked on the game in 2 years, but he can damn make sure he gets the game re-indexed on Itch.io and damn make sure to put the price back at $9.99...

He also posted this on Itch.io
We've heard it all before from this dev, wonder why he even does this, there's "only" 45 suckers on his patreon. Not sure his itch.io gets a lot of traffic.

Wow, if this game indeed gets an update I need to start it from the beginning again just to see what it's about. I've been playing way too many other avns since his break started. I have little faith however it will be released anytime soon and even less faith the update will reach Steam at all.

You repeat it enough, surely it will be true one of those times.

Let's not forget, as soon as the game launched on Steam, he ceased immediately to stop working on the game, that is some of the dirtiest shit :poop:

Seeing as how no1 is forced to give any money to any dev I am actually okay with developers making passive income. It can just increase the chances of more updates not decrease them(after all developers will not be able to retire from making 100 bucks per month or whatever). If Rainces(the dev of Bad Bobby Saga) was a bit more social and communicative he could have been making money for years from the popularity of that game despite not releasing updates due to (allegedly) irl issues which could be solved with more money.

Except the dev launched v0.7.5 on Steam then immediately abandoned it for 2 years....while also saying multiple times he was working on an update. While it is early access, still launching a game on Steam (and saying more to come, blah, blah) and then doing that is a bad look.

As long as he is hanging around the community I am happy. It sure beats never hearing from him again.

Never said I was against devs making passive income as a whole, did I?

This is a case of the dev grifting, though, every so often he announces he will be back, an update is coming, etc.
Then at the end all he does is make sure it's up for sale and nothing else.

Yip, a lot of developers do this on Steam, you don't hear anything from them for months on end, but they can damn make sure their game is part of a "sale".

Is really popping your head up once every 6-8 months then disappearing again for the same amount of time being part of the community though?

As I said developers can't just live of the money they make from those rapidly aging games forever so in that sense I would rather them making money than not even if it means that there is 1% chance more of getting more updates. More porn for us.
