Then the only other thing I can think of is that it's a Win64 game and not compatible with a Win32 OS. Hopefully someone else will have a solution for you, and sorry I couldn't help more.

but I want to mention that I have a 64-bit operating system, but I don't think that's the problem, I think the system platform where it was created is on W11 or W10, and the error is not real in the description but is missing some compatible dlls in this regard.

I think the problem might be your SO version, I've Windows 8 and I couldn't open the exe file. Sadly, I thoroughly wanted to play this one.
