I like this Karlsson's Gambit Clone. It has a lot of potential.

Hey everyone! Today I made my patreon post public, so I'll share it here too for those that might be interested.
If you held off on trying the game because of stuttering or glitches in the title animation as some have reported in this thread and were waiting for an update that makes it smoother for low-end systems, this update is for you. Unlockable bonus pictures are here! As you explore different decisions and unlock achievements, you'll gain access to stunning bonus renders that are acessible from the options menu. Every future update will include fresh bonus images and achievements to discover. I'll mostly add non-canon sfw versions to the gallery (with the NSFW alt versions for the most part staying as a benefit for patrons.) - Title Animation Toggle
For smoother gameplay on low-end systems, you can now toggle the title animation on or off from the options menu. Your preference will automatically save, so you won’t need to adjust it each time you play. - Bug Fixes & Script Tweaks
Some small bugs and corrections have been made in the script (typos, clipping, etc).

Definitely no later than two months, I just need more time otherwise certain paths won't get many scenes.

Is this still planned to release around this month?
He had a problem with his graphics card and needed to send it back to have it fixed. So don't expect a release this month but probably the next.

from three weeks ago.(Some skepticism is probably healthy when dealing with delays and limited communication from a new-ish dev, but that's the explanation they've given, for what it's worth.)
I did see that, yeah — and fair enough on the GPU issues and the paused billing. My comment was more of a light jab at the confidently used "definitely no later than two months" line, which aged about as well as you'd expect in devland. Nothing against delays — just poking fun at how "definitely" tends to have... flexible definitions when it comes to timelines.
