Also, the only monster matriarch I've found that transforms a little is Lepe, the bunny girl. She grows larger due to having given birth countless times, is this a feature that applies to any other monster girl matriarchs?

Agreed! Or be a level up bonus effect.

As I suggested before some of the other changes for FA80's mod like the no quiz seduction would also make a good level up bonus

You may be missing sugarcubes v2. You need to download it separately and activate it in twine

I think all the blessing need re balancing/reworking.
Wisdom gives a 100xp (ie 1 lvl) which is handy to unlock Early and Late Bird perks in the 2nd and 3rd week (blessings are unavailable in week 1). But after that Strength is the only one worth using you can usually do more with the 12 energy than other blessing will give - I find I can can usually find more resources or answer at least one girls questions in those 12 turns.

I think it' would be better if they unlocked whilst playing (maybe by bringing the human matriarchs home), and would work be better as a buff you keep but can switch between once a week.

That's the way my mod was meant, re-balancing. Getting more energy for level ups, being able to skip the quiz after a while, and so on.

i'm now trying to patch the first girls, beginning with "desert". took me hours to find a good movie maker... (flashintegro isn't the best, but it's better than nothing and i can cut stuff out without having a fucking watermark in it). anyway, i began to make the first gifs. i uploaded two samples here. tell me if the quality and length is good enough.

btw. these samples will be used for girl 7. it's bella moretti.

ffmpeg if you're ok with something without a gui, though guess there's some gui applications for it, I just never use them. Xvid4psp might, they change the layout every major release it seems like so i haven't used them much.

Xvid4psp is a video converter. what exactly should i do with it other than converting things (what i don't need so far)?

i get the videos from pornhub in mp4 format (with bugmenot i can easily log in there). flashintegro can easily handle the format. i can cut parts out of it, convert it to AVI and then use an AVI to GIF converter to create the necessary gif for the game. so, so far i'm not really sure what i should do with the program you mentioned :hushedface: (apart from that, that your mentioned programs don't have GIF as export).

I wasn't sure about XVid4psp for gif support but ffmpeg does, ffmpeg can convert just about anything
For example: ffmpeg -ss 60.0 -t 2.5 -i StickAround.mp4 -f gif StickAround.gif
-ss = seek 60 sec into video
-t = stop after 2.5 seconds
and output to a gif file.

I think I could make player to handle both formats as long as you redone a whole location (like "Fields" eg). Maybe even girl by girl, just would be extra complicated then.

Not sure how much space (download size) could be saved though and if size, quality and / or extra length justifies the effort, but as soon as you have a complete replacement it would be a 5 minute work to adjust the player for another format.

I did this awhile ago converted everything to webm files, it took it down quite a lot but I don't know Twine well enough to keep the support up for the game when problems arise and they did. More recently I converted everything to webp files which worked quite well since I didn't have to change quite as much code but only works in Chrome. Took the game down quite a bit also under 2GB, just haven't updated it to this release but was working for the 1.8 release at least. Beornwahl is dedicated to the old school gif format though.

Webm Files are way better than GIF's - in addition to the size savings you can get videos that just look way better.

Between this game and a couple others I've been making clips for, I've taught myself Shotcut - it's great. Once-stop shop for making clips from videos, whether downloaded in HD or scraped from Youtube/YouPorn/whatever.

Oh yeah, I didn't upload it since on a slow upload connection but I had to convert the html over to Twine 2. Let me see if I can upload just the field girls to mega or something.

Think I had to use the default google tool to convert them all over, I had trouble figuring out how to get them to repeat in ffmpeg. Just have to convert all of the files from gif to webp, which is pretty easy with a batch/bash file, just takes awhile. Then change all of the file paths in the html file, was easier to just use TweeGo, convert the html on over to something more readable then make changes before compiling it again. Might have to make a repeat tag but think it was fine without, I don't have Chrome on this system to test it out.

Humm. How did you get it running anyways? Twine and Chrome should both be okay with webP but I can't get it running atm.

Still trying to get it running in Twine since it would probably easier to repeat it for updates.
