It’s not really that I see it as an asshole move - IF I was actually interested in any of the others but I’m not, so it kinda would be. Like I said, Lillith is the only one I’m interested in. The only reason I’d do anything with any of the others is because nothing is happening with Lillith in the game. (Zero lewds in this for me so far.)

It could certainly be interpreted that way on its own, but the discussion between Lilith and Nina makes it very clear that Lilith and MC haven't crossed any lines whatsoever.

Well you can play that way if you want to, but a few already have scenes. One of them even includes a compulsory creampie which might mean that she gets pregnant if you don't avoid her content.

To me Lilith is more like a little sister. I'm not actually sure if MC is older or younger than her, but in behaviour she is the younger one. She is adorable and must be protected.
It's not just the order of appearance. I tend to like a certain amount of crazy. In various games I have favorite li who are psycho, who tried to kill me when we met, and who yandere at me and then I yandere right back at them. So it wasn't just her appeance that sold me, it was the brutal take-down of the demon lady.
