Might be related to the patch be my guess. I played this the other day for the first time and no issues myself. I skipped the patch as I found out the incest path is just a fan made one and since that content isnt meant to be in this game I didn't see a need for it.
well there's 2 patches, 1 just changes names to mom etc and other changes game backstory too but latter hasn't been updated and both are against actual game's story.

yeah usually would be for me too. There is very few with over sized ones i'm okay with tbh. Tho alot of it is I just like the character haha as well I like there is a story reason for her big boobs which is different.

as I said, you do you, I personally don't like it, but that's just me. Normally id agree with you but I feel the disease makes it feel like it could be passable as realistic to me ( ive never looked into my self). Now personal preference is a different story. Most cases it would be a pass and turn off for me but the way the dev designed them with sag in mind makes it less of a turn off for me. As ive seen games where they are nearly as big without sag and other than being unrealistic just a small detail like that can make something go from a turn off to being okay with them, when you dont take the character in mind and only judge on appearance.
