So, ehm, next update last update of this let's call it chapter. I wrote up a post on patreon about it a while back. There will be two sex scenes, Kate and one more, then time skip a few months and the update after that will be a new game file. I wanted to revamp the ui, icons, code and pretty much everything anyway and the size is getting a bit too big.
Regarding the size of the update, I don't want to be one of the devs bitching about personal issues, but yeah. I do bitch on discord time to time so if you are there you know, but my grandma got that dementia-alzheimer combo and it's been getting worse over the past year and since I'm the only one who works at home in my family and lives near her, she's my responsibility now, so.. yeah. I've been trying to get back to normal schedule, it's just hard is all. But that's my fault.

Hey Empiric, I'm so sorry to hear about what your grandma is going through. My family and I had gone through the same with my grandmother. Might I suggest you look into the research that has been done on the Lions Mane mushroom? Some small studies are showing promising results with people in cognitive decline. I'm no doctor, but all the disclaimers about "side effects" should be taken with a grain of salt. Of all the reading I've done on the subject, not once has there been any mention of harmful side effects with this mushroom, only beneficial. There seems to be a genuine conspiracy of shaming people who want to improve their health and wellbeing using these natural substances. Like you must be a certified specialist in order to understand the research, and all the evidence put forward.

All I can say is that it definitely slowed the decline, and helped improve my grandmas quality of life during her last years. Now we all use it daily and will continue to do so, hopefully preventing anyone else in my family from contracting such a terrible disease. Oh, and check into the Chaga "mushroom". It's definitely not your typical mushroomy mushroom. A lot of good research has gone into this one in particular. It promotes a strong immune system and has proven anti-cancer properties. Make a nice dark tea and add a little honey or maple syrup. Tinctures work great too. And finally, to veer back into something a little more on topic. I'm really enjoying your game man! All the girls are really beautiful. Keep up the good work, and stay healthy!

Yeah, no idea why this happens. It must be a flag the devs are or are not using when they build the game in the Ren'py SDK, this is does happen in some of them. And welcome to Linux! Maybe some day, others will be as smart as us.

Happens on Mac too. A possible explanation is that when the game gets repackaged on Windows, the execute permission goes AWOL, as Windows does not have that permission.

Zip doesn't know about execute perms, so it depends on your umask at extraction time.

Well this update did tell us that she might not actually be a demon at all so...

Wouldn't dare to deny her cuteness, though.

I love this game, deff in my top 5 male protag games.

That said, I ignored that part of the story and i'm going to pretend it was never said nor will ever pop up again in the future because it's dumb.

What that scene would have said to me if I don't ignore it is that the most famous demon hunter of his generation not to mention a house full of trained hunters one of which is a demon and another is a quite powerful witch.... plus all the other people they met over the years.... didn't figure that out already considering she's lived with them since she was a child.

Yet it took fox spirit less than a second to spot it......

So that either makes the hunter group incompetent or ignorant, neither of which are a good luck for supposed professional demon hunters/trackers.

Dont worry, it's just that when mc discuss it with Faye , Mc is joking about her being a dog because of how dirty she was ,her wanting to play with a ball and how she react to food when Zuri is calling her.
