Sure, many girls with short hair and small breast but never one with wide shoulder-to-hip ratio, that's a male's body structure. I only see that on trans-woman or femboys.

Agreed. A very athletic tomboy. I've seen plenty of women on, say, swim teams. They often have broader shoulders and arms than 'usual' for less active women. Goes with the territory. You use your arms, shoulders and back a lot, and they get bigger. Doesn't make someone less of a woman, if that's what they are. And in this case, they are.
No one's obliged to find that body style attractive of course. There's a lot of games with renders that may be more to other tastes. One is always free to try one of those.
