You need what for a Mac? The instructions to unrar the PC version? You don't need that.
If you want the full Mac download, it's in 1 zip file. Simply unzip it. If you want the Mac updater, it's in the OP along with a readme.
There's a problem with your system, the game works perfectly with a decent pc, updated drivers and MS packs. If it crashes, your setup has a problem. When the engine changed, perhaps you had some outdated libraries, like the MS ones.
I never experienced any crash in this game since the first time I heard of it, versions < 0.10.
It is possible to fuck mom for a year. At least in one position (now 2) and some 'playing with her'
One of the best games on the site. I have some small complaints though.
- All locations should fit into the screen. Dragging mouse to edges and waiting for it is annoying. Especially the forest before doll house has no significance other than being an annoyance.
- I wish incest and neighbor path was combined. I know they share some animations but who cares?
- Collectibles are by far the best of any game I have seen but there can be improvements. For example if we have collected all pieces of a girl's underwear it could unlock an animation of the full set on her body. Dolls are great but I wish they were higher resolution(I know game is already massive in size). Also most pictures are girls with other guys, why can't we have some with Mr. Willy?
- I wish there were more content on bronze/silver rooms. Gold room is perfect.
- sometimes it's annoying, yes, but mostly because of how the engine scrolls, how slow it is.

The game creates message.log if it crash and I can look at it and see what went wrong on your end if you post it here. Be sure to have all GPU and c++ drivers up to date and not corrupted. Game works fine even on low end pc and no crashes at all for hundreds of users... I always test game before releasing each update on two pc's one high end and one really low spec, works fine with both. Post message.log after crash here. My guess that your c++ 2012 may be corrupted or you have low virtual/physical memory.
How's the exe file of the game named after you do the update ? Mine is Adventures of Willy D 0.34.exe

Seems I have been playing after some old walk-through before and somehow missed picking up the Scarlett bronze doll when i was supposed to, now she is gone from the hospital so I can't ask her "How she is doing" and therefor i guess can't get the doll.. Anyone know how I can fix this? Is she in another place??
She's not gone from the hospital, she's in her office. Accessible from the same room where she was before, just move the mouse on the edges. But I don't know if you can still get the doll.
1) either the update is not ok, what's it's name ? UpdateWillyD-033_to_034.exe ?
2) or the update fails somehow -> you can follow the output while it's working, see if you see any errors.
