Hey guys, i can see Elvira in her room. But can't speak with her. Is it bugged?

I can't even find her. The first floor has just two paintings, a stairs you can't continue to climb and the window doesn't scroll. This is using the provided saves, both family and non-family version.

Edit: Found her. I was scrolling option 3, but when I switched to scrolling option 2 I could reach her room.

you just need to extract the first one and all the others extract automatically and if not just make sure that you have all .zip files in the same directory.
