My guess was that there is maybe a Maya -- the blond lady in the final scene -- gold doll, but here place is pretty small and has not many difficult hiding places. There are no other characters introduced without a doll. The only one is Dr. Scarlett, but I can't find a doll for her. So it is probably just randomly in another place like the Giovanna doll in the previous episode. I've checked some places, but didn't find it yet...
That is the earliest possible. The developer says 15-22 days between updates...Every 15 days there's an update

I didn't find the last doll
Hmm, new location. I found the Candy bronze doll in the hospital. I found both Mia silver and Mia platinum in Claudia's living room. So the only new location left is Maya's street and I suspected a Maya gold doll there after the blowjob. But I didn't find one. I'll try again there. Other is the BJ contest area, but I did everything there as for as I know...tip is that doll in one of new locations
The first time I played I did look for this doll, but it unlocks if Willy is not in a hurry in his adventure. I'll update my walkthrough, but with the other stuff that needs adding too it could take a few hours...
