How do I get to the oasis? Where can I find the succubus world?
So many questions. But I may have gone through everything and got confused.

No, not yet.
From the sandy road (north-west) or from the green glade(south-east after climbing vines). You can reach the succubus world only from side quests (cat inside Krone's common house during night and Callaria storage during day). If you missed the first succubus quest, you can't do the others.

If you didn't, I can only suggest you to explore and get the chests around the map if you didn't (should be more than 100G worth of stuff). Other than that, if you don't want to farm, you can talk with Mr Ronan and he will give you 750G.
So, Reya's virginity is forcefully lost to Thius? I tried for a virgin run but I guess this is the dead end.
One of my complaints from your previous game is still plaguing this one... The game is very RPGM heavy with not much renders and largely nothing sexual happening. By the time I get one sexual scene, it ends too quickly and now I have to travel and deal with combat, going from point A to B, traversing between the wastelands and forests and all the useless stuff.
Even the quest design is a slog. The mission where the priest is a rapist, I had to go back and forth like 4 times between the church and the hospital. I wouldn't even be mad if losing the combat meant getting an H-scene instead of a "Game Over". Losing to bandits doesn't do anything, and so is the case with all other combatants.
I interacted with every NPC wherever I went and except for that one guard at the palace, no one groped her, no one fingered her, no one suddenly sexually harassed her.
It took me 3:15:00 to finally get to Thius where Reya had her first time... and I could say I maybe had a few moments where I felt like I had some sexual gratification, and the 99% rest of the time, it felt like I was just playing the RPGM game.

1500g per ticket is pointless to earn? is this the end of content in the current version?

If you don't care about the prostitution H-scenes and just want to play the story, yes, it's pointless.
What do you mean by "last game"? Anyway, in this game it refers to the Krone siblings, but since they don't have an actual scene, it might be misleading I guess (?). I'm not sure if saying that those siblings fucked counts for the tag, so I'll remove it for now. I'll probably have to add it again in the future though.

Steel-log Island during night. Top-right house. The condition is that you found the other two succubus quests before that though (If you didn't, you can use the save I linked in the OP)
If you use the cheat item, you're forced to fight only three enemies (Seven or Eight with all the side quests), and every fight will end after one hit. Other than that, there's like 78 H-Scenes for 6 hours of gameplay (not counting nudity and harassment scenes).

how do you get to callaria ive been searching the sandy place and i might just be blind but haent found it yet. i have found the bandit hide out and stuff.

Go all the way south from the crossroad. From the bandit hideout, exit the cave from the right and go south.
