A little off-topic but still somewhat relevant to this thread, here is a game: Magic World of Bimbo, which is somewhat similar to Miro's AI-generated images and animations that miro is posting. I haven't played this game, but I thought people might be interested in this since they are waiting for his animations. And also to tell you all that what Miro is doing isn't that groundbreaking as Miro makes it out to be, and others are already making similar things. This trend will only continue to grow.

Edit: One good thing in this is that there is no "branding" on the character's body in this game's images or videos from what I can see, so they look somewhat good at least unlike Miro's videos and images.

Just wanted to say, as a great fan of the artists old work this new ai slop is just.......horrible, it all looks the same, no distinction and its not even hot.
Is it easier and faster to make?
Yeah, probably. Is it art? Nah.

Im sorry to say this but as a fan of his actual art this switch to ai is the biggest turn off, I have never seen a bigger fall from grace.

Its downright depressing.

I'm on your side - handmade animation from a talented artist is always better, but i have to confess that i believe that even an AI-created animation based on the former Miro models is better to look at than the stuff created completly by AI.
And to be honest, the former is what i expected when Miro introduced AI in his work.
But now he produces stuff that you can get everywhere, maybe with less quality, but it looks all the same. He lost his distinctive style.

Indeed, he completely lost his style and the distinct look of his characters.

This is such a sad loss, especially since its just ai generated stuff now, and you can easly tell its ai.
There is no art in this.

Couldn't agree more. It's such a sad fall from what his work used to be.

When he first started using AI I wasn't happy but at least it still looked like his stuff, like his characters and models.

But now it's the same as every other AI 'artist' who tries to make it look realistic. Why should I care about his stuff then when I can find they same shit on any other porn site?

There's a WIP from Blood Crown that is simply Cerene licking her lips and to me it will always be better than anything he or anyone else makes with AI.

This decision was very obviously financially/work driven. Those that have followed miro for many years very well know they release content at let’s say a gradual pace. My opinion is Miro thought they could pump out the same amount of “content” while putting in vastly less time and effort. Still has over 1000 poor saps subbed to the Patreon.
I obviously miss Miros old animations especially with Cerene but hopes and dreams won’t change anything. Only thing that might enact change is voting with your wallet bet we all damn well know that ain’t gonna happen especially after people on Miros patreon have gotten used to the new status quo.

Last I saw, part 1 was supposed to come out end of last month but hasn't released yet. I think its going to be like 5-6 min.

What I would really like to know is how much of what he told everyone he was working on before the AI stuff was actually true, how much of it actually existed. There was obviously SOME sort of work being done towards blood crown, he had some models for a new Sayako and Tara, but other than trailers and individual images, we never got to see anything substantial. I really wonder if he ever had any plans in these directions or if it was really just a big joke.
