No. I work on the game from time to time, but not a lot as I focus on the other one.
At the moment, the whole mansion thing is back being the start and there are more interactions available now, the main difference is that taking ALICE is a requirement to continue the game as your mansion is now on lockdown. A lot of the content is the same, just better. The big difference now is that you're being chased all the way out until the airport rather than winning the combat encounter and leaving. The mercenary force that attacks your house is more nefarious and just wants to get rid of you and burn the place down (hence the bad endings there). There are multiple of these groups after you early doors for various reasons, including the ones who blow (spoilers!) the space station. But you can now be captured early, say on the road, which can kick start the game's main plot a bit.
Basically, it was always going to kind of turn into a corruption game where a mercenary group that is somewhat friendly and doesn't want to kill you, just protect you decide to put you to work - the thing is that they're smugglers but aren't above slavery, so you're on a slave ship and they certainly deal in slaves. So you end up having to work for them - it works out in that they make a deal with you about it. The option to refuse to work for them is there too, but is an obvious bad end.
The idea was/is that you upgrade the ship in your travels, earn money, you go on missions along the way to your destination to capture slaves or technology for the ship that will help in your journey through the system. You also have the option to be morally good, you can do a mission and release the slave, which means you get less money but you might get a reward later down the lie or a useful ally that can potentially help later. Or you can get lots of money. I was thinking along the lines of the Lilith Device, with a progression where the first mission would be on the Luna Base, then a few stations or rocks between there and Mars, then a mission on Mars, then Ceres where you can solve the big mystery of the game before moving onto the final act. I hadn't thought much beyond that apart from random plot details and ideas.
It was why many elements were introduced in the early game, the idea was this would happen after the space station blew up!
Anyway, it isn't in a complete state or anywhere near and hasn't evolved beyond what is already out there unfortunately. A lot of the systems above are implemented, I played around with a combat system too but I'll be sticking with puzzles once I get around to it. I have taken feedback on board though, PC name, sexual preference, inventory system, virgin/non-virgin, background is for dialogue only (no locking people out based on background), UI fixed etc. I still want to get back to it, but I'm having fun with my current stuff which I will try to launch before the turn of the year.
