I guess the Japanese work too much and they're too busy to check the sypnosis/overview so the story plot has to be revealed right from the title to make it easier for customers to choose what fit them. So as long as they continue that working habit then this wont stop anytime soon.
The actual explanation is that light novels, where these types of titles come from, look and basically are exactly the same. You'll see a row of a hundred books and they're all some fantasy-looking thing with a cute girl on the cover. So to stand out on the shelves they started using their titles as a synopsis in hopes of drawing a shopper's attention.

Search lesbian games and roughly 50% are western 3DCG with a male protagonist moving to some island/city/suburb to live with their cousin/aunt/classmate and the lesbian content is basically the dude walking in on two women making out in the bath/shower/bed.
The steam uncensored DLC mentions "temporary penile acquisition" so I'm guessing it's actual futa for that scene at least.
When you say "no forced het sex", does it mean there are het sex or none at all in this game?
To my knowledge this game in particular has no heterosexual scenes whatsoever, though I was speaking more in general before. Some games at least give you a choice to have only lesbian encounters but also have heterosexual scenes in them is what I meant, this one though afaik is pure yuri (though note that futa scene in one girl's route mentioned before).
Yeah I understand that, Yorna is a prime example.
