Sure, unzip it before you paste it in the localisation folder. It's nothing to worry about though it's just a textfile, if you mess it up just delete it and the game will create a new clean file when launched.

Funny, after I place incest patch, I suddenly beat the game, all quests completed.

I bet that v0.2.2 came with a save that had all tasks completed except the new one, and you loaded that by mistake instead of starting a new game.

Sometimes i wonder why on Unity? Most of the popular games are on RenPy, the games run smoothly, they can be easily modded and as a developer you can add new features in a short time, everyone is happy, I really don't understand why this game is made in Unity...

There is to a localization folder you just need to dig a little deeper in the folders.
Just start up the game and it will make it for you or you can make it yourself.
