You have to pay attention to what people are saying and where you should be investigating or you will get lost very easily. There does exists a character who will tell you what to do in the nurse's office if you get stuck.

It can kinda be considered Yuri NTR since the MC is romantically interested in her partner Nadeshiko (White haired girl) and often shows jealousy when she treats others favorably or gets targeted. I didn't include the tag because it's not a focus or anything and DLsite didn't include the tag either, but thought I'd at least mention it.

Two thing, one in the menu there a option that say apply patch not sure if i have to apply it even though it seem to be in the game file. And two Is it linear since there a tag that say multiple endings so not sure.

Do you have any other links than the ones you have? cuz I think gofile ain't really always safe, mixdrop is almost certainly not safe, cuz I've heard it's prone to malware/ PUP abuse, uploadhaven seems to be pretty disliked, I've never heard of WDHO, and I have never heard krakenfiles either. I'd prefer a mega or pixeldrain link, but that's just me..

Ignore it, its how the dev did his patches, unrelated to mine.

There are routes in the game that are activated upon losing to specific bosses. AFAIK it isn't based on dialogue options you select.
