After buying a suit at the gift shop, go to the hotel. Then enter the elevator and press number 30, then look in the bottom left corner for hall way1. Then you can find out for yourself

There seems to be a % chance to craft Low, High and Premium cigarettes depending on your skill level. For High I recommend staying at skill level 2, I upgraded mine to 3 and get mostly Premium which is annoying as I need High as well

Not true. At level 4, same you need to get into dad's safe btw, you can do it. The timing is ROUGH... but after a few tries I got it. Once you save her you have the other NTR choice. So if you're into that then you get a pretty good scene. I chose to have 17 save us. And DAMN THAT SCENE IS AWESOME. Not sexual but... Cool
