For devs that mess with config.developer or config.console the easiest is just to jimmy rig the check itself.
Notepad: renpy\common\00console.rpy
Find
if config.developer or config.console:
Replace
if True: #config.developer or config.console:
Console will work now regardless of those settings.

Nora is at the mansion basement, agent 17 is also at the mansion but in the house. You have go through the passage to the basement if you are able before or after Nora task. if the butler isn't there to stop you, talk to her in the house without alert the front door Maid to stop you. pass code, key in the fireplace.
To add you can only acces the mansion in the morning, afternoon not at night.
