He lost subs by fucking around. He might get them back by releasing steady content. The big money is off steady updates on generating a hit, content people want to play, unlike more of this genre, so awful, offering something else unique into the genre. Agent17 does. Story, mini games, open world, renders, theme. Otherwise it's a hobby and it isn't about the money.
A lot is motivated by greedy rice farmers. These rice farmers. Don't play phone games. They start doxxing anybody buying in. A.I targeting gamers with more scams. The games are scams, cannot compete against bots, with everything, rigging competition for investment, and dev teams, rigging the playing field for more investment. Rice farmers today are an office of shills dumping out hits to gain more subs. So when the games are bad in this genre, how many can a dev team make? Think about it. A Corp like Tencent has taken over the phone market, producing 90% of every phone game, and most are the same structures, and the same engines designing.
Anyhow when it's about the money they're getting paid where else? Who cares. Release a bug free update, and release it regularly with content I enjoy, and I'll sub or at least buy into an update. Why not.
