I can't seem to get Agent 17 to upgrade my Vip card. And there's also a bug where when I go to Ruby's mansion with ruby, luna from school, I arrive at the mansion but no one except the maid is present. Which means I'm perpetually stuck inside the mansion because I have to interact with someone in order to conclude the study session.

I have the exact same problems. Hopefully there is a patch soon or some sort of work around/skip
