1.9 DLC is just the hot spring inn stuff, you can run it by it's own even if you don't have main game, but you can choose to integrate it into the main game so it's all in one
the Lovey-Dovey sex app is just the title for the hot spring inn DLC, you're referring to one same shit

yes, what Steam got for the milestone reward update, JP got it too now. Few of the big line to mention is:
  • New enemy (complete with Drain animation)
  • Drain gallery and in-game glossary
  • Transform save file into actual file instead of registry (which mean old version save won't work, but dev hand out full save for everyone in his blog)
  • Integrate the DLC into main game, discontinue the DLC sales, jack up the main game price by adding DLC price (3.5k->5k)

I have tried to download the uncensor but it wont work and i do not know why. i added the plugin to the game folder and the helper in the plugin folder but nothing happens

after install a BepInEx, BepInEx folder created at game folder. put plugin to BepInEx\plugins.

What's the difference between these two and the one on op?

Edit:I tried them all
Battle build: Combat demo I think
Lovey Dovey: Protag with 2 AI few scenes
Non Battle Build: Literally 1 H scene with the AI at battle build
2.1: Main Game

So I'm a bit confused. What do I do to even download this game? This is what I am assuming:

1 - Do the main download, skip the split downloads
2 - Download both AI deal Rays v1.9 DLC and the AI deal Rays: Lovey-Dovey Sex App v1.0.3
3 - Patch AI deal Rays v1.9 DLC with AI deal Rays: Lovey-Dovey Sex App v1.0.3 (they are def not the same file, one is 9GB one is 800MB)
4 - Patch the main download with AI deal Rays v1.9 DLC
5 - Ignore the steam early access release

If this isn't right please correct me.

the DLC are already in the game all you have to do is the main download, only thing you would want to download is the uncensored add on but its not really needed unless you want the dicks to not look like glowsticks

  • Price revision (from 3.5k yen to a whooping 5k yen)
because the new game version will use proper save file, all progress from previous version cannot be used or read, therefore progress reset. So dev decided to put the all clear savedata in the blog free to grab
