What do you mean by next scenario? If you mean what they do next, just go back to the main Cheat Tools window on the left of this image and make whatever action you want to happen next get a 100% chance on the list of actions with percentages next to them using the text boxes below where the actions show. First box is the number of the action, like I believe 5 is them coming to you for sex, second box is the percent chance (keep in mind they do have to be in the middle of an action for this to work, trying to make them do things just before they switch to the next highest priority action on the list will lead to the action you want being counted as already done, so it would also disappear with the previous action).

To add another girl, find one of the hidden black capsules, giant machines that the girls come out of. You will need a battery for each one and you can have four girls total without mods.
It is certainly possible, but modding is the only way.

I don't have the game at the moment because of the optimization issues that won't allow more than 20 FPS on a machine that used to run a solid 60. Just open Cheat Tools and scroll down.
First, learn how to code in C# (pronounced C sharp), then find a way to inject code into the existing game files, then make the animations (might want to use existing animations as a starting point like the modder for Kplug (a mod for Koikatsu) does), then inject them into the game. This may sound easy from the way I put it, but it is not easy in terms of what a beginner programmer might be able to do.

I try answer that. pregnancy progression speed = how fast the belly will grow and stay in game time (lower = faster not preg any more), cum count until full = making belly big just by cumming inside, the number for max belly ( aka. lower faster bigger, bigger longer time for max, afaik only visual for sex scene, girl doesn't stay preg afterwards) minimum fertility = what it says, play with the number and that will affect how often your girl gets preg, i think higher equals faster preg, but just play with it and you will notice soon

I have seen a description for a plugin that does exactly that, hide crotch accesories. Can't recall where exactly and what the name was but it's there! It might have been one of the experimental ones. Maybe someone else knows exactly, if not, sorry I don't know better, you'll have to search for it. If I stumble on it again I'll let you know.
I have the issue that the girls can't be undressed. In H mode the undress and accessoires buttons don't do anything. Any ideas?
