I managed to extract them with your help, BUT "AI-Syoujyo.exe is not responding". I no longer want to try this game out. Thanks for your determination to help, but I quit. ¯\_(´ー｀)_/¯

Make sure to run "Init_Settings.exe" once. It will fix some stuff and ask for language setup and so on.
Hi, is there any kind of full offline english translation? Or if absolutely not, then something that is not google?
EDIT: or any kind of working translation? Even after applying english through init settings it told me it will be translated to english, and aside from few UI elements everything is in japanese, settings, character dialogues, etc. Only english is main menu and dialogue controls.

Missing some bangs a "hairmod" and her eyes are goth, huh? Missing eye mod too or a complete "head mod" as you can notice her skin/scalp as well, which was made for HS2 and has to be ported to AIS. Idk, which addons your missing and where to download them from, nowadays. The game is quiete old.
I am trying to get the basics working, I am not that interested in extensive modding, what is important to me are some crucial fixes, and english translation. I have heard HF patch has that, but I can't find any info if this repack contains the HF patch.
I am trying to run the STN Repack R15 without the sideloader content. But setting the language via init settings does not work, I tried to update the game via launcher and update via KK manager (which might been a mistake, because it started downloading bunch of stuff, and even wasn't able to download all of it as some mods were tuck at 0B.)
When I tried to run the game it booted up, I was even able to start the playthrough, but it was 98% in Japanese. Even after I clicked the English in launcher and run the game via launcher, which noted there is no english translation and it will be done via Google (which is why I guess teh HF translation might not be included) Anyway the translation didn't work.

Download HF patch from GitHub, and run straight ahead, it will delete all the garbage and mostly do clean install on top of this repack. Just go trough instruction on GitHub

Since I am running it on Linux under Lutris, I gathered some other steps from
Notably the wine prefix steps for native winhttp wrapper and WPF hardware acceleration and it runs smooth as butter! (Or at least as smooth as this game can realistically run.)

Sadly all HS2 head mod dont be compatible with AI shoujo, it's possible but i dont understain how

i have the same problem there is no option to extract anything, the first folder is not a zip
damn I would have loved if the H-scenes had subtitles thats the one thing that bothers so if anyone can find a way to get subtitles for H-scenes that would be great
