It would be amazing if the battles in this game were ported over to a different game. The battle system is pretty awesome and the art+animations is great, but it's a really boring game. There's no exploration, no story, no character development.

You are missing the point. This is a battle fuck game or fuck battler (eventually: fap battler), that's the main focus. It's a simple, straightforward game that has pretty decent combat system where your choices matter (especially on the highest difficulty) but it can also be played on full auto so you can fully focus on what's in your hand (your dick).
There is a simple, basic story, exploration is moving forward in a dungeon and character development is heroine getting slowly corrupted.
Other developers should take notes from this game but I'd leave Ofuro Works alone to do what they do best. Each of their game is pretty similar but their games are great for what they are and for what they're aiming to be and each new one is somewhat better and improved that the last one.
If it's boring then you should try the highest difficulty. I don't remember if it's unlocked from the start or after completing the game. It's still not the hardest thing ever but it requires a bit more attention and planning.

There's no game over in this game, and the mind control is just some enemies.
So you got fucked in battle, and if you are defeated then you will get defeat CG before returning back to the battle, which either you win or repeat being fucked
...

Now my question to the uploader. Is the steam version also have added content up to ver. 2.03 in Japanese version? Sorry for asking and thanks for the upload!

It is not GPT nor MTL translated at all. In the case of this game, it doesn't really matter since there is no story, the game can play itself and there are gacha elements in it (the gems gained in-game are used to summon random items and the amount needed goes up with each area you get to and the quality of said items goes up as well).
You could easily answer it yourself by just downloading it and playing it yourself.
