Tried to run it, but it says something about not being able to find the VL Gothic font. Anyone have a fix?

Maybe are these fonts in your games fonts folder? Back original just in case mine is different. If not try fonts 2

I'd rather know the latest versions and if they are on the download section, because there's a 1.3a and download is 1.05 Ren play edition and then there's RPGM edition and I heard that the DLC's also are missing the full versions or something because of Patreon, with all these versions and download links would rather that it be simplified so I can get on with my day instead of trying to be a detective lol

If you devoted even a fraction of the time and effort to genuine inquiry and thoughtful reflection as you do to conjuring baseless assumptions, perhaps you wouldn't find yourself playing the role of a detective you so clearly are not. Ever considered that?

Am I supposed to combine the DLC and the base game, or are they separate? (If they're separate, that's not DLC, but anyway...)
I ask because I tried combining them, and it seems off.

Edit: Okay, it looks like they're separate, but there could be some programming magic that lets you combine them, too. It turns out, I'm not interested in the DLC content after all, so I'm no longer concerned about it.
