Are there additional conditions to trigger the fitness center scenes beyond what's provided in the current walkthrough?

I ran through yoga 5 times, got the cunni scene. Ran through swimming 5 times, got the titjob scene. Doing additional yoga or swimming sessions isn't triggering any additional scenes - swimming just repeats Ayame asking the instructor's name, and yoga repeats w/ Ayame on the treadmill. Stats are 25 morality, 57 lust, 80 charm, 2 suspicion.

Are the next scenes gated by progress through certain routes or something?

Take it with a grain of salt, but try to lower morality under 20 it could be even related to fallen state, not sure about that

They should trigger automatic - That said I have not tried to test them for some time, I will try to test them in 2 weeks time when the final version arrives.
And as Siriusblack says, morality under 20 sounds about right.

I dont know if this is true since I need to find the casino myself yet xD
