The latest Renpy version shared here already includes the fan patch. As someone who downloaded both, I tried to explain this in my previous comment.
I was also confused about whether there were any missing scenes in the Renpy version shared here last Friday. I somehow managed to download the fan patch from mega. I compared both versions, size, file count, whatever came to mind. I even extracted the RPA files and compared them and I am 100% sure that they are exactly the same. You can download them with different connection options on the first page. I wanted to explain so that you don't mess with Mega.
I was definitely confused too. Despite your previous comment, I downloaded the fan patch and extracted the rpa files without listening to you. The number of pictures in both of them was 14,043 in the pictures folder, exactly the same. Not even one picture was too much. As you stated, the fan patch was already added to the version shared here. I guess our hero downloaded the fan patch and shared it by including it. I wanted to explain it for those who are confused.

Reading some of the few Steam reviews about the Ren'Py version seems to suggest it's inferior to the RPG Maker one, so I think I'll stick to RPG Maker.

I wish there was a way to add the bestiality DLC (except the ending) as a daily morning routine and shota DLC without compromising the developer's Patreon page.

Is this game completed or will it continue to be updated, I downloaded the Ren'py version because of the "completed" tag but at the beginning they say it is not completed and to continue to support them

I think they mean they are still taking feedback and adjusting how the Ren'py version plays. The story and content is complete, and has been for some years now. Its just how this new Ren'Py port plays technically and they might change things/add things to improve it.
For an example, I know there was some criticism here when the Ren'Py version first came out, that some of the new selection maps had features that were hard to see. Idk if they improved on that yet but that's likely what they mean by the game not being "finished".
