I don't seem to be fast enough to play this game effectively. My timer shows that I get on average .52 seconds from "holding the phone" to "mom" entering. And then she sucks the mc to "death". I might be in love.
If I manage to control myself enough so that "mom" doesn't come in, suddenly someone wearing a weird mask sideways is riding the mc, apparently to "death"
This could all get pretty entertaining, (or addictive).
From what I can tell, the game seems to have a soft cap as to how often obstacles can occure, since phases of high intensity are usually followed by phases of nothing, its definitelly doable, but the game can be pretty punishing if you engage a maze phase right before or during a high intensity phase, so you can manage the GF by intentionally giving her the wrong answer to time the maze phase with a low intensity phase.
Everything is doable, but, in my opinion, the nights last too long, resulting in bigger chunks of progress being lost upon getting a game over (although, GF progress never regresses beyond resetting you back to 0 on your current pic progress, any pick you obtained and downloaded prior stays unlocked).
So far I've encountered 4 game over scenarios:
-the mom, which happens when you're caught while you have your phone out when she enters the room.
-the GF (girl with the mask), which happens when you either let her hearts drop to 0, which happens because you're not replying fast enough to her messages (which will result in an heartbeat audio queue), or fail the maze phase timer.
-the thief (hoodie girl), which starts appearing on tuesday onward, which happens if you don't have your phone out while the thief looks through your window.
-the ghost (red outline girl), which starts appearing on wednesday onward, which happens if you fail the ghost attack minigame by missing the skill check 3 times.
