I mean, WW is in this thread, so obviously I won't try to speak for him. But I think "Final" here refers to this specific version: it is remastered and there's no more work to happen on v0.21. There shouldn't be anything like a beta or whatever still to come; this version should be finished. The remastered v0.21 is done, and he'll move on to the next release of the game.
Yes, indeed. I started the original game in 2019. It was fine when I started, but the 2d backgrounds made it impossible for me to create the scenes I wanted, later on. Especially character interaction with the environment doesn't work with 2d backgrounds. Overall the remaster version is a much richer and advanced game then the original one is. Many new scenes, characters and other stuff have been added, as well as a signifacant improvement in quality, full 3d environments, advanced animations, better lighting and so on."Remaster" means there is an original version of the game? It's the final version of 0.21 and yes, we have caught up to the original game. But still, like I said above, the v0.21 Remaster is much MUCH richer in content then the original version was. Easily 40-50% more content was added. And that is without even counting the new content for the Premium Edition, because the PE content is on a whole other level as well.
Is there a lesbian path available now? Seems a remaster is the ideal time for that.
A pure lesbian path is not available right now, but there are some very hot and unique lesbian scenes already in the game. If you can live with the rest, you should definitely check it out.
Only one so far, but it's a very big and long scene, extreme unique and heavily animated (around 50 animation videos, including different camera angles etc.) and it involves the MC. Overall, it's a crazy piece of content and definitely one of those scenes you won't find in any other game. Especially the circumstances and what it turns into is nuts.

As told multiple times in this thread: free version includes two premium scenes: twins with the orcs and Alenja with Yorik. Latter is arguably the best scene of the whole game (including all of the premium content), so there is no reason to give any more examples.
