Is he or she working on a new game or is this game dead? I feel like one of those people who watch a good TV series of 2 seasons and left high and dry for the next season to come out in 2 years!

No, the game is alive as far as I know, it's just the way Grimhelm works. He posts a big demo, disappears for six months, then uploads a big update, and then rince and repeat. But yeah, it can be hard waiting so long.

When I start the game the lady constantly runs to the left. I can't do anything. looks like it senses some controller but I don't have one and how can I disable the controller to play just with keyboard?

Do you have a flight stick plugged in? unplug that if you do. otherwise, double press left?

Edit: But yeah I don't want to relive "Agony" the game will be be done when it's done. "Agony" was really bad because they rushed the release date and published like a half finished POS... I ended up just pirating the finished game because I was like screw you, I'm not going to pay for a game I already paid you for!

I feel you, Alien Quest Eve has a really great aesthetic which is only matched by the frankly shocking level of quality coming from a one-person team.

Still, if Grimhelm has shown anything it's that despite all manner of delays he doesn't give up on his game. So I think odds are it will be finished sometime in the future, probably.

"Frankly shocking" Yeah, TBH I was pretty impressed by how well he did the boob giggle as someone that isn't a member of "Team Ninja".

And yeah that art style is impressive as hell.. I love how phallic everything is... Like even it there shouldn't be a boob or a dick there if you look close enough you'll start seeing them... Lol, I'm sure Mr. Giger, god rest his soul, would love it.
