Is he or she working on a new game or is this game dead? I feel like one of those people who watch a good TV series of 2 seasons and left high and dry for the next season to come out in 2 years!

No, the game is alive as far as I know, it's just the way Grimhelm works. He posts a big demo, disappears for six months, then uploads a big update, and then rince and repeat. But yeah, it can be hard waiting so long.

When I start the game the lady constantly runs to the left. I can't do anything. looks like it senses some controller but I don't have one and how can I disable the controller to play just with keyboard?

Do you have a flight stick plugged in? unplug that if you do. otherwise, double press left?

If you've been here for the last two years then you should be used to Grimhelm having extended periods of inactivity.
It's going to be done when it's done, go play other porn games, read a book, do anything other than pointlessly whine about that which cannot be changed.

I'm just hoping this guy finishes this game some day before I die, lol... I loved Giger (sigh, R.I.P. you perverted fucker.) And I really like went love at first sight mode on this game when I first played the first demo....
Edit: But yeah I don't want to relive "Agony" the game will be be done when it's done. "Agony" was really bad because they rushed the release date and published like a half finished POS... I ended up just pirating the finished game because I was like screw you, I'm not going to pay for a game I already paid you for!

I feel you, Alien Quest Eve has a really great aesthetic which is only matched by the frankly shocking level of quality coming from a one-person team.
Still, if Grimhelm has shown anything it's that despite all manner of delays he doesn't give up on his game. So I think odds are it will be finished sometime in the future, probably.
"Frankly shocking" Yeah, TBH I was pretty impressed by how well he did the boob giggle as someone that isn't a member of "Team Ninja". 
And yeah that art style is impressive as hell.. I love how phallic everything is... Like even it there shouldn't be a boob or a dick there if you look close enough you'll start seeing them... Lol, I'm sure Mr. Giger, god rest his soul, would love it.
