You play as several main characters who all have sex with different people depending on when you are controlling them. Its technically not NTR, which is probably why the dev chose to do it this way.

Some scenes you are the dad who can have sex with the same people as when you play as the son. If you want the mom to ONLY have sex with the dad, or ONLY have sex with the son that doesnt happen. Everyone can and probably will fuck everyone.
