It's a very worthy fuck fest, but that's just my opinion...

Strange, i find the story to be my greatest reason to play this game. It's no more a fuck fest than 80% of the games on here.

Is this a game that needs a WT or is the game self explanatory that on what happens if you choose certain choices
Use the WT in OP, it's probably best, but probably not crucial. However as I understand it from his discord, episode 8 will have options to not choose Honey or Charmane at start of the game and another choice somewhere I can't remember now.
If you worried you need the WT for the story then no, you can play without the WT.
