I have to say after 8 long episodes, Summer didn't suddenly change her attitude for me. She did say, she hated him because she actually like him and that worried her but after he saved/helped her for the umpteenth time her walls finally broke down. So for me the progression actually felt fine.

Yep, Summer is for me on the top of the list as well, it is just a bit disturbing how she suddenly changed, feels less natural. But still one of the best ladies in the game. And damn, Mr. Knobb really knows his stuff and how to present the women. He is up there, no he is a lot better than so revered Kentyrr from Chasing Sunsets team. His animations are almost on NLT level.

Well... What should it be when MrKnobb has a full-time job, a family and weekly power cuts taking time from making all renders, animations, music, sounds and writing the story? This update, btw, was the biggest one thus far with 1000+ (standalone) renders, 60+ animations and the episode's file has 4300+ lines of code plus all supporting code in other files. I'd say that's very good for a project done spending most of the free time in... let's see, from October 8th to March 7th/8th making it 5 months. In that time we also made some big changes in previous content but they don't mess most existing playthroughs...

The only way to get faster/bigger updates is to support monetarily developers that make experiences you like...

I hear you, had the same happen to me. (But a restart for this game is NOT a problem, lol.)

I have played with the patch before - and the same thing happened to me. So that can't be the only thing that causes the failed saves

I think I've read somewhere, maybe on his discord I think, to avoid that error one should try an older save file. One from around the start of v1.7... or just restart the game and skip to ep8?
