HAAAANK ! DON'T ABBREVIATE COSPLAY HAAAAAAAAAAAAANK !
This game is amazing! I only found out about it like a week ago and I couldn't stop playing it to completion within a week. It's definitely one of the best for harem even though I wish we could have more special one-on-one moments (like going on dates, etc) with the other girls other than Emilie, that's basically my only criticism in that regard. Toki for example is... very lacking in the romance department. Cassandra is another that seems more interested in hanging out with Emilie more than with the MC IMO. Also kinda wanted to see all the kids that MC had with his harem though, to see them all playing with each other or something like that. Like a big family photo with all of the girls and the kids 
I understand that with so many LI's it would be a lot of work to implement date scenes/intimate moments with every single one of the main girls, but well, it is what it is. Still a great game, nonetheless, and honestly the love path with Emilie made me tear up a bit. I've become really fond of the girls that I simply refuse to unlock the sharing gallery, I can't see them be mistreated at all, my heart can't take it
Thank you for your hard work on this game, dev. Another one that I will add in my most favorite list of games here. I'm looking forward to play your next game once it's available to be played

Seems more like a skill issue on your side.
I've played this twice and never used any mod for it.
I want to play a full love/harem route without any kind of NTR/Sharing or Sub points, without URM is pratically impossible.

So basically this game is about having a bunch of girls doing "AlwaysFan" with the MC as manager, and is up to us if we want to keep them as lovers and protect them from the bad guys or just cumsluts just used to make money?
Don't know for the other paths, but in the love path he is romantic, sweet and protective of the girls, but never dominant nor possessive.

After the last encounter with robert, the game is not anymore translate in french. it's a shame because this game is really good. Very nice game

I found it easy to follow with URM only but I only did the Love Harem path since I wasn't interested in the Submissive or the NTS/NTR path. The paths/variables that pop up with URM on choices (and path branches out of choices, the outcome of past choices) were easily understandable to follow a particular path, I guess for the other 2 routes is the same/similar. But yeah I usually prefer author/specific multi mods for my gameplay or good pdf WTs like the ones MrBubu does so I understand you, URM can get a bit annoying/intrusive and for some too complex to use if you are not used to it.

Yes my installed completed game is 11GB (saves included and the URM) but there is in the OP a compressed version with 1/4 of that size in case won't bother you the slight decrease of image quality.

In the Opening Post (OP acronym) hehe sometimes I forget that some people might not be used with those acronyms lol the opening post where you get the synopsis and all the main information of the game.
