This comment is one of the reasons why I was reluctant to add a gallery to the game, let alone a gallery unlocker.

I don't understand galleries. Played many VN's and never, not once, looked at a gallery or installed a gallery unlocker. Just don't understand the purpose - if it's porn you're after, the internet is filled with it; if you want to peek at bad outcomes, what's stopping you from playing those through choices? If I don't want to take a certain route, I wouldn't want to look at what comes out of it either. Looking at scenes without engaging with the story seems to defeat the purpose of playing an interactive game, there's plenty of comics for that even here at F95. Having said that, though I don't understand the point, don't see anything wrong with having galleries for those who enjoy them, but you raise an important concern when it causes part audience to go off rails.

1. Easy way to review a scene without having to keep saves for every individual event. Is that not obvious?

2. Sometimes you dont want the context. maybe i wake up on the wrong side of the pillow and want to see emelie get railed by 3 randos, that doesnt neccesarily mean i want to play through an entire game with a narrative centered around pimping her out. similarly, i might not like the storlyine for a character, for example the cosplay girl's sister, but i think the character is hot so i want to see the scenes,.

3. this might just be a me thing, but i do also use it to test one at random and preview the quality of the sex scenes before i realyl commit to a game, esp for such long VNs. nothing worse than getting edged for 3 hours, then you finally get a scene and it sucks donkey balls.

however i would like to expand on point 3. :
if you have read my review of this game you might have seen that i listed scenes the game has, based on composition. for me an important part are for example moresomes. the most obvious ones are ffm (2 female 1 male), mmf (2 male 1 female), gangbangs, and reverse gangbangs. because for me if those scenes are part of the game, they tell me a lot about how the story handles jealousy.

this game is a harem game and you may have noticed that usually harem games are about 1 guy and 1 guy only, while there are a myriad of girls who play bigger or smaller roles in said harem. to quite a few people these haremgirls cannot be touched, interact or even looked at by other males, as they clearly pose a threat to the harem. sometimes even the haremgirls aren't allowed to sexually interact with each other.
or what i recently noticed, exhibitionistic girls who do dances or stream themselves, to give them a "slutty" vibe while still being virgins or at least extremely inexperienced, have to stop their activities once they join the harem.
this extreme jealousy is something that immediately makes a game boring for me.

the other way around can also be the case. you have a sharing/cuck game where the male protagonist almost never or actually never gets to have sex with their own partner/spouse, while she gets guy after guy with barely any consistency.
this too makes games incredibly boring for me, as i rather would have gone for a female protagonist and wouldn't care for the partner/spouse at all instead!

so while viewing a gallery of a game i haven't played, i can see if a harem game has sharing to extend i like (even exhibitionism in front of male onlookers suffices most of the time), or if a sharing game has a male protagonist who gets his fair share of girls as well! because i want both. i want guys who can have fun with multiple girls and girls who can have fun with multiple guys. extra bonus points if it isn't cheating in any way. therefore a game like AlwaysFan with both a main male character and a main female character, who both share in sex scenes with an additional partner both either male or female, or both male and female together (partner swap) are the games i am looking for.

but try to find that out by looking at the game's summary and tags! ntr is too broadly used, swinging might just be one-way and harem doesn't say anything about how jealous the protagonist is.

that's why sometimes i give the gallery a look to decide if the game is something for me.

That is a quite good explanation of one of the gallery uses and how you select what you like in AVNs. I'm honest I never play NTR/NTS/Sharing/Swinging in AVNs (maybe shows a bit of my possessive fantasy trait hehe IRL I'm not exactly like that but still a bit possessive) but people like you that openly speak what you like is refreshing, some or at least the ones that make more noise that are NTR enjoyers usually just enjoy to troll some game threads that clearly weren't planned to have those tags. My total respect for you. I have a slight "exception" that I don't consider NTR and some extreme "non-ntr" players consider it bad. And that is lesbian scenes, that makes my motor run and is extremely hot imo hehe I don't mind LIs/Side girls to have fun with each other and they don't need my "consent" .

I really enjoyed the only path I played in this game, the love harem path and it has the best ending in that genre of all the completed harem games I played, and AtemX new game is even better Inanna Revenge. One of the AVN developers on the rise and that show improvement with each update/release and that clearly is a sign that they hear the constructive feedback people give regardless of what kinks/tags they enjoy.

i don't know, but i would assume the position is too unique to get it's own name.

for example it's weird that the position mostly seems to focus on penelope, as if she is the center of the action. yet for a random reason emilie also gets fucked. so it's not really intuitive.

besides that MC's position is either cuck-y or gay.
because since with his ass this close to emilie getting fucked the other guy could easily slip into MC. while not necessarily intended that way, any guy in MC's position would definitely think about the possibility. a bisexual guy would have no problem with, but a straight guy?
the other option would be a cuck, because MC is turned with his back towards emilie and she also lies atop of him. this way MC cannot do anything to prevent the other guy from fucking emilie. then one could argue that penelope is a whore and it could be seen as degrading to lick her cunt, which would also fit into the cuck narrative (well at least the stereotypical expectation of a cuck).

My last run I missed the boss lady at the maid restaurant because it seemed like a strict choice between her and the cosplay girl whom you'd end up disappointing (and possibly losing? Or would there be a later opportunity with her)? Don't remember if I ultimately got all of the girls that used to bully Emilie, but they all seemed to ultimately be cool with her.

Also just wanted to confirm that getting the cosplay girl into prostitution costing you the possibility of having her sister is the other exclusive choice if you go to for a happy harem ending. Also noticed that Cass seemed a bit melancholic towards the end, although ultimately she got "married" to you, along with the rest. Curious as to whether that's avoidable through some choice I missed, or if it's there to make a contrast between harem and the route where she becomes your main LI. Haven't explored any of the dark paths like exposing the girls to being kidnapped, I'm content to explore the various options within nts where everybody's happy.

if you go with carmela, jenna is just disappointed that you basically forgot her, but will not dislike you for it in the least. it absolutely doesn't change anything regarding her.
the other bullies of emilie won't ever join the harem, there are no routes involving them. you basically have just the option to reconcile with yasmin either through amanda or through the gloryhole event.

regarding jenna's sister and her escort job my answer is twofold. storywise i would say that it is not intended for getting lea in the harem and having jenna as escort at the same time. however if i remember correctly you can have them both through what seems to be a bug. in the very first scene with lea she mistrusts you being alone with jenna. you need to do the duo shoot with them both to even start the relationship with lea. then at the end of the game emilie asks if she should do her escort job even after you become the new CEO. you want her to stop, because this way you won't be having the tower as sex club. this way jenna is still an escort, but lea joins your harem (but again, i think this is a bug).

Thanks, that gives me options to explore in a future playthrough. I was thinking about pushing the story to see how dark it could get while still retaining the possibility of a full good ending with the MC and Emily together. But you pointed out there could also be tweaks to the shared good ending if you don't try and push Cass into porn and escorting, and different nuances to the finale if you don't just go with the lewdest sharing options for Emily. Lots of reasons to replau.

Also thanks for your earlier reply on my gallery remark (bit off-topic). I honestly had never given a decent look at galleries. What I like about VNs is how the story builds up to the H scene, the scene itself being only the climax. In that regard, I'm not looking for scenes without context, but the idea of using galleries to pry for interesting routes in a game I'm not sure about is good (will have to be games with gallery unlock cheats for this to work, unless the gallery is descriptive enough that even locked scenes can give a hint as to what goes on). Also I've since figured (at least in some games) I can use the gallery to track progress in the story. In very long games it's a good way to manage overnight hours.

Honestly, I was very satisfied with the Ending I got. It was a good Ending and I honestly went for a lot of sharing and fucking around with the girls. Even tho Emily was my only Escort, but I enjoyed how slutty she got and that she was still happy and it was a good ending.

I have seen the gallery that there are very dark endings which can be achieved, but even if you dont go exclusive on all the girls and whore Emily out a lot and let her get extremely slutty, you get good Endings.

Same! I do think the shitty beginning of the sharing path is fully made up for (with the right choices) and allows for a sense of character development for the MC, and relationship progress with Emily. It's like he looked at her with lust (and opportunism) at first, but let her feelings grow on him over time. May not have been love at first sight, but it feels like it was Emily's endurance paying off for her. Against my first instinctive reaction, I think it's a good arc.
